www.hobse.com ("platform") and its mobile application ("Application") are owned and operated by Infonix Weblab Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.
By using this Platform/Application you hereby acknowledge and agree that Hobse is not a hotel/guest house owner or hospitality service provider and is purely a technology partner for hospitality service providers (Hotels, Agent, Service apartments, homestays, OTA’s etc.) and has no control over the conduct or behaviour of the Hospitality service provider or the quality, fitness or the suitability of the services provided by Hospitality service provider. Hobse disclaims any liabilities in this regard. Hobse is purely a technology platform supporting its users for collaborations and business transactions related to hospitality
Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Platform/Application.
The Platform/ Application is an online marketplace where Users (Businesses providers and their employees, institutions, associations its members, Universities, Start-ups, independent Professionals etc.) may meet and interact with Hospitality service provider (as mentioned above) for their hospitality service needs. Hospitality service provider’s list their guest houses, hotels and other lodgings ("Accommodations"), MICE, F&B, packages directly on the Platform/ Application and User reserves the Accommodation or other services at the prices displayed or negotiated with the Hospitality service provider on the Platform/Application. Hobse hereby clarifies and the User agrees and understands that Hobse is not the owner of the Accommodations or hospitality offerings posted by hospitality service providers and will not be liable for any services or lack of them for the hospitality services booked by the User. It is hereby further clarified that Hobse and hospitality service providers are separate and independent entities and Infonix Weblab Private Limited does not work as representative or agent of the Hospitality service provider. By making a reservation/booking at the listed Accommodations or the required hospitality services, the User enters commercial/ contractual terms as offered by and agreed to between hospitality service providers and the User alone. Infonix Weblab Private Limited shall not be responsible and shall not be required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between User and hospitality service provider. In no event, shall Infonix Weblab Private Limited be made a party to dispute between User(s) and Hospitality service provider(s).

Certain areas of this Platform/Application are restricted from being access by you and Infonix Weblab Pvt. Limited may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Platform/Application, at any time, in absolute discretion. Furthermore, Infonix Weblab Private Limited has the right at its sole discretion to refuse to provide access to or terminate the access of any person(s) whatsoever with or without notice. Any user ID and password you may have for this Platform/Application are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.
In these Platform/Application, Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this Platform/Application. By displaying Your Content, you grant Infonix Weblab Pvt. Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any or all media.Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. Infonix Weblab Pvt. Limited reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Platform/Application at any time without notice.
User hereby agree and understand that he/she will have to pay the usage fee if applicable as mentioned on the Platform/Application for the concerned Accommodation & hospitality services. The User agrees and acknowledges that the payment procedure may call for and require additional verification of or information from the User and the User undertakes to provide complete, correct and proper information. Infonix Weblab Private Limited uses third party payment providers to receive payments from User. Infonix Weblab Private Limited is not responsible for delays or erroneous transaction execution or cancellation of reservation due to payment issues. Infonix Weblab Private Limited takes utmost care to work with third party payment providers, but does not control their systems, processes, technology and work flows, hence cannot be held responsible for any fault at the end of payment providers.
This Platform/Application is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Infonix Weblab Pvt. Limited express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Platform/Application or the materials contained on this Platform/Application. Also, nothing contained on this Platform/Application shall be interpreted as advising you.
In no event, shall Infonix Weblab Pvt. Limited, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Platform/Application whether such liability is under contract. Infonix Weblab Pvt. Limited, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Platform/Application.
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Infonix Weblab Pvt. Limited from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Infonix Weblab Pvt. Limited is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Platform/Application you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
The Infonix Weblab Pvt. Limited is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Infonix Weblab Pvt. Limited and you in relation to your use of this Platform/Application, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Infonix Weblab Pvt. Limited and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Platform/Application.
You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Platform/Application.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai to the exclusion of all other courts.
